With more merchants participating in the “Instant Point Earn” service and more customers using it for faster, smoother points registration, the following new arrangements for bonus points registration will take effect from November 4, 2024:
- Points registration and the use of Point Dollar will only be applicable to merchants participating in “Instant Point Earn”
- The “Upload Receipt” function will be discontinued^
- Points registration at the VIP counter / Customer Care Centre of the malls will only be possible for transaction amounts of HK$30,000 or above#
^The affected programs include The Point App, 新鴻基商场会员计划微信小程序WeChat Mini Program / AlipayCN or AlipayHK “The Point” Mini App.
